How early should I order?
As early as possible, particularly for weekends, weddings and larger celebration cakes. Your date is not secured until confirmed by the studio.
Can I send inspiration photographs?
Yes. Submit the form first, then attach your inspiration images once WhatsApp opens.
Are designs fully bespoke?
Yes. Colours, themes, wording and decorative details can be discussed as part of your quotation.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
State every allergy or dietary request clearly. The studio must confirm whether it can safely accommodate the requirement before you order.
Is this a walk-in cake shop?
No. The Sugar Room operates as a bespoke cake studio. Orders and collection times should be arranged in advance.
